It was deeply offensive for @cenkuygur and @AnaKasparian to stereotype me, make assumptions about who I am, and dismiss a very real concern and threat without knowing anything about me.

Friends and colleagues of mine have been murdered in recent years simply for being Jewish, and I have watched those murders justified or celebrated online.

My grandmother escaped Berlin with her parents and siblings, while other relatives and friends were murdered by the Nazis. These are traumas I live with every day.

Bottom line: Proud of the years spent bringing communities together. I will continue speaking out as a proud Jew while also working to build bridges
