🚨 Check your CIBIL report if you have a CSB Bank Jupiter Edge+ Credit Card.

My CIBIL score suddenly dropped by ~60 points from 792 to 733.

On checking the report, I found an overdue amount of ₹4,300 reported against my CSB Bank Jupiter Edge+ card.

The problem? I had paid my entire bill on time and had confirmation of the payment. This amount was utilised in next billing cycle.

This appears to be an incorrect reporting issue, but it has already impacted my CIBIL score.

I am now raising a grievance with CSB Bank and CIBIL to get the incorrect reporting corrected. @CSBBankLtd

👉 If you have a CSB Jupiter Edge+ Credit Card, please check your CIBIL report and make sure there isn’t any incorrect overdue being reported against your account.

If you find an issue, raise a grievance with both CSB Bank and CIBIL and get it corrected.
