Road markings are a mess in my city and we regularly drive over virtual medians. Hearing blaring beeping every time I take an exit or make a left turn is pretty irritating.

Over the next 2 years we are going to see the most incredible, reality bending consumer products ever created by human beings

Computers smaller than an iPhone running super intelligence. Small cameras and microphones that make you super human. Robotic exoskeletons that give you Hulk like strength

All will be coming out between 2027 and 2028

Devices powered by intelligence levels significantly smarter than any being in our universe

On our face, in our ears, around our necks.

The issue is, these will come at a time where all hardware and compute is constrained. Significantly more constrained than it is now

Prices will be outrageous. It will cause mass uproar and be the number one issue going into the 2028 election. It will decide who has power in the 4 most transformative years of our species

Obtaining these consumer products will give you a significant intellectual, physical, spiritual, and economic advantage over those without the products

You need to stop wasting your money. You need to stop blowing it on consumerist materialistic BS that doesn’t matter. Stop buying Hermes products. Stop buying Chanel. Stop buying useless crap. You need to be saving for this revolution.

This might sound like hyperbole but it’s literally happening as we speak

Imagine 2 programmers. One has access to Claude Fable 5. The other has no AI tools whatsoever. Which is going to produce products better and faster?

Wealth gaps are only impacting programming right now. What happens when intelligence is integrated in all consumer products?

How can you compete at your sales job if you have no intelligence but the other sales guy has a small microphone in his ear that feeds him the perfect lines that close the deal?

How can you compete at your marketing job if you have no intelligence but your competitor has a contact lens that shows the perfect design for what they’re working on

How can you compete at your construction job if you have no robotic exoskeleton but another guy does?

AI will bring abundance. This I’m 100% sure of. All of these products will eventually cost pennies.

But before AI and robotics get absorbed into the supply chains they will be outrageously expensive.

The time for messing around is over. Stop with the Gucci and useless crap. Stop caring what other people think of you. Spoiler they don’t think of you at all.

The only thing that matters right now is conserving your money, investing properly, and getting yourself the knowledge, education, and tools you need to thrive in the new world.

This is currently a surface parking lot in San Francisco.

The proposal for it?

A 40-story skyscraper.

New plans for a small 0.2 acre parking lot near Civic Center would transform into:

• 288 apartments
• 38 affordable homes
• 433 feet of height
• 161 bike spaces
• Rooftop terrace + amenities

And it's just one block from Civic Center BART.

The design by Handel Architects is pretty cool too...floor-to-ceiling glass, sawtooth bay windows, and a slender tower rising above a six-story podium.

This is the type of urban infill I'm all for...0.2 acres for parked cars.

Potentially housing hundreds of people.
