Burn $HUBZZ to become eligible for a Consensus License that shares platform cash-out fees as Hubzz grows.

$HBC cash-outs (~1.5¢ per credit) have a 4% fee:
• 3% to protocol
• 1% to incentive pool

Later, licenses may also be redeemable for a share of future $HBZ releases.
