@ItsMattsLaw Followed by my only visit to emergency a few years later (a contact-lens mishap). The doctor asked “do you have any allergies?” I said “not that I know of.” She let a long pause go by and said: “that sounds like a lawyer answer”. Busted!

On the way home this evening, two uniformed police boarded a bus without tapping. They were carrying fast-food bags and disembarked at the next stop for a police station, leading me to believe that they were not on duty. Why didn’t they tap?
