@eircare @eir disgrace of a network, broadband constantly goes down, dont know how many times this has happened in the past month! When you ring to try and get in contact with someone they hang up after being placed on hold for so long! Paying for broadband that does not work.

@eircare Major inconvenience caused on numerous occasions, and no your service went down again last night!! Doesnt look like they will ever work fine to be honest.

@eir This service is not working more times than it does work, last time we were without broadband for 3 days, its expensive enough and this lost time we will still get charged for!! Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
