@AbroadInJapan You can never out-exercise a bad diet. Reduce rice portions by half or more. No crap = no combini. Read labels; anything with sugar/HFCS is out (or reduce substantially). Exchange for non-starchy vegetables. Option 2: Potato diet (see Pen Gillette of Pen & Teller YouTube).

When I learned to write business reports, upon first-time use, we would explicitly define all acronyms used in the text. I my opinion (IMO), this was a good practice. I think of it as a Principle of Medicine (PM-1) or Preventive Medicine (PM-2) for all Project Managers (PM-3)!

Yep. The economic and political success (post-WWII) is based on trust. We trust the people will be productive & happy, criminals to jail, teachers teach, cars won't blow up, banks return deposits. Trust is eroding and we need to fix that, too. Ethics *and* security, not just 1.
