@FirstEssex absolute nightmare trying to work out your bus stop zones for a college bus pass for travel to Chelmsford on the 300. U seriously have issues with your staff and drivers who still cannot tell me what pass to get that covers our stop can someone help

@Spike4248 @easyJet It’s an absolute joke trying to call to rebook a flight for next yr as we have a voucher as we didn’t request a cash refund to help a business out and now we ve spent 2 days totalling 5 hours trying to call you’d think they’d upgrade their website so voucher customers could book
