@bookingcom The new flights cost £3.5k in the end, just to get us back to LHR the same time as we booked. I will be taking legal action - utterly appalling that you refused to put this right when you are 100% accountable @WhichUK@BBCWatchdog
@bookingcom just tried to check me and my child in for a flight that you booked us on and my child is too old for the ticket you booked for her?! Your chat guy just said we need to sort it out with the airline. Not good enough - stranded in Malaysia @WhichUK@BBCWatchdog
@bookingcom I have talked to your help centre again and they have refused to help, saying the airline has to sort it. The airline say they can’t. We’ve been denied boarding. Now having to spend £2k on new flights
@bookingcom I tried this. They refused to help and said I needed to sort it with the airline directly. Absolutely disgraceful - it was booked through you, you should be the one to sort it. Pls DM me if there is someone there actually willing to help.
@HoxtonHill I’m in an Apple Watch fitness group and (stay with me) the amount of fucking Americans flexing their fucking walking “workouts” is unbelievable. 1km of “mall walking” is not a workout Sandra, sit down. Actually, stand up.
@DrSdeG Just got a text message - on Friday afternoon - saying unless I confirm that I want to stay on the waiting list that I’m on by Monday (a bank holiday!) they’ll discharge me. How is the onus on me?!
@stellacreasy You blocked me on Facebook years ago for disagreeing with your stance on social cleansing in Walthamstow. Comms methods aren’t effective if you exclude the constituents you don’t like, Stella.
@stellacreasy I enjoy the Eurovision discourse as much as anyone, but as part of Walthamstow High Street is cordoned off this morning after yet another reported stabbing last night, it’d be helpful if you could maybe comment on that? Thanks.
A week ago my bike was stolen. It cost £620 brand new in 2019 — about the sum it costs to replace two new tyres on a family car — and we clocked up 25,000 bike-miles mainly in London. I had locked it to something insecure. My fault again, I guess.
