Nashik was the only Municipal Corporation during 2012-2017 which did not face any corruption accusations. Which was the ruling party then? MNS, of course!
What about your city? Have you ever seen a non-corrupt ruling party in your city?

Here’s the breakdown of the petrol prices. More than 50% goes in the govt’s pockets. Why don’t they take the burden and let common man live peacefully?
For last 4-5 years, when the crude oil prices were low in international market, the common man kept paying high prices for petrol diesel and the Indian govt kept collecting money. Now the govt must absorb the shock if the international prices go up.

The Prime Minister and his Chief Ministers only sign investment deals, for which they travel to cold-climate countries. Fine, they go there to sign deals with Indian companies—so why go to Switzerland for that? The Prime Minister himself has set off on foreign tours to 5 countries starting May 15—stop these tours first. And then make the appeal to the people.
Lal Bahadur Shastriji had made a similar appeal during the time of the Pakistan war, but in that, he himself had put it into action. Will such an action be taken by the Prime Minister herself and will it be carried out by the people of her party? If this is done, the country too will follow suit. And what other option is there anyway? In the coming times, the government will have to sharply increase the prices of petrol and diesel, and preparations for that are already underway. Once these prices rise, people will automatically reduce their usage because they won't be able to afford it.
My request to the Prime Minister is that all this talk of moral appeals and the people bearing the burden has become meaningless. Let us once accept that the economy has become strong on the surface but weak from within, and don't just pin the blame on the Iran-Israel war! Since you became Prime Minister, the rupee has depreciated significantly—tell us why that happened! During your ten-year tenure, three Reserve Bank governors resigned—why did they resign? Manmohan Singh was the Reserve Bank governor and a scholar too, yet he would sit with many experts, hold discussions, and listen to them. You haven't even run a simple business, so how will you understand this? Your Mann Ki Baat has gone on long enough—now listen to the Mann Ki Baat of real economic experts too.
Tell the people what steps you are going to take. Tell Parliament. After all, the practice of convening special sessions whenever needed has already been established. So, convene a special session of Parliament and give answers to everyone on why this situation has arisen. We have opposed many of your stances, and we still do. At the same time, we have also supported the good work you have done. But in the current situation, no one—not even us—is your opponent or enemy. We don't have that kind of belligerence. But that doesn't mean we won't ask questions. We will ask them. Therefore, the Prime Minister should start austerity measures from her own party and tell the country how all this will be resolved!
Raj Thackeray.
With warm regards, Jai Maharashtra,
Two days ago, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi appealed to all Indians to practice austerity. Cut back on gold purchases or nearly stop them altogether, don't travel abroad unless absolutely necessary, reduce the use of petrol and diesel, use electric vehicles more, adopt the work-from-home option, and so on and so forth. Why all this? Because gold, petrol, and diesel have to be imported, and that involves massive spending on foreign currency. And right now, due to the Iran war, the prices of crude oil have skyrocketed.
Fine, then what are you going to do about the Prime Minister himself and all his colleagues parading around the country with convoys of hundreds of vehicles, getting flowers showered on themselves? Are you going to express regret for the mistakes we've made and promise that, starting with me, no one will do any such thing in the future? The mistakes are yours, so why should the public bear the burden?
Currently, the international market price of crude oil is roughly $90 to $100 per barrel. It's not as if the world has never seen prices like this before.
From 2008 onward, during the Arab Spring in 2011-2012, in the period of 2013-2014 (when BJP folks were vehemently ranting about crude oil prices and the country's embarrassment during that time), and later in a similar situation between 2022 and 2023 when OPEC decided to cut crude oil production, the price per barrel had also reached $90 to $100. Out of these instances, Manmohan Singh was Prime Minister 3 to 4 times, and once it was Modi himself. Manmohan Singh didn't make such an appeal then, nor did Modi. So why now? While making this call for austerity, the Prime Minister says nothing about whatever has crippled the country's and the states' economies. Fine, when the price per barrel was around $60 to $65, you were still selling us petrol and diesel at inflated rates—where did all that money collected from people, amounting to several lakh crore rupees, go? What happened to it?
The "freebie culture" that the Prime Minister mocked—those very freebies helped win the 2024 Maharashtra assembly elections, or the subsequent ones in Bihar, West Bengal, or any other elections; they were doled out and elections were won that way. In Maharashtra, the Ladki Bahin scheme has brought the state's economy to its knees. Instead of empowering women, it's about handing out piddling amounts of money and then clawing it back through inflation. If the country's and state's economy has become fragile, will the Prime Minister firmly declare that these freebies shouldn't be distributed?
The Prime Minister says to cut back on petrol and diesel use. Alright. So why has this occurred to you only now? When campaigning and doing roadshows in West Bengal, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and other states' elections, and transporting lakhs of people from across the country to those states, wasting billions of liters of petrol and diesel—why didn't it occur to you then? When you splurged enormous sums of money in those states to buy votes—why didn't it occur to you then? The Prime Minister says people should avoid traveling abroad. But what percentage of people can even afford to go abroad these days? For the class that can afford it, there's no guarantee their company will keep them on the job next month. Students want to go abroad to study because over the last 10 to 11 years, we haven't made any fundamental investment in education, nor created an environment where one would want to stay in India. All attention in education has been on how to impose Hindi.
For the past few months, foreign investors have been pulling out of the Indian stock market. One estimate is that foreign investors have withdrawn nearly one-and-a-half lakh crore rupees in the last three months. No foreign investment is coming into India.
Maharashtra govt must be the only govt which works for welfare of outsiders more than for its own people. If you provide public service like auto rickshaw, you have to know the local language but the MH govt doesn’t think so, they make sure outsiders get jobs in Maharashtra without having to adapt to local language or culture. The local commuters should learn Hindi for them. Where’s the logic in this @Dev_Fadnavis ?
Here you can’t even say Marathi people don’t want to drive auto rickshaw because majority of auto drivers are Marathi.
I was in Karnataka for 5-6 years , I can speak, read and write Kannada. One can learn language, right attitude is needed. - Sandeep Deshpande, MNS Leader
#Marathi@SandeepDadarMNS@AbhijitKaran25
Exactly! Attitude is where it goes wrong. People who don’t engage usually in this topic are also saying that if the migrants have so much hatred for our Marathi then the govt is right to enforce it on them, they should be taught a lesson. You can’t be earning in Maharashtra and disrespecting the culture and disregarding the language.

Look at the irony:
BJP held a protest to honour women empowerment yesterday in Mumbai.
An angry empowered woman, a mother came and bashed them for blocking the road for hours.
Today, BJP IT cell is trying to discredit her by saying she is a b grade insta influencer and they are using some lookalike model’s photo and videos for this.
Is this how you empower women @BJP4India ?
Freebies by BJP explained:
If I have a job, work hard and earn money, I will have to pay 3000 per month as income tax to the govt from my hard earned money.
If I don’t have a job and play pubg on my phone, govt will pay me 3000 per month.
All unemployed youth in Bengal will receive ₹3,000 in their bank accounts on the first of every month.
We will provide ₹21,000 to every pregnant mother for the care of her child.
The BJP government will implement 33% reservation in government jobs, and from 1 June, all women will get free bus travel.
The BJP government will increase the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi from ₹6,000 to ₹9,000.

Marathi was always mandatory for auto rickshaw license in Maharashtra. Pratap Sarnaik has spoken about its strict implementation from 1st May.
If BJP are honest to their cause, BJP should use this as a tool to get rid of the illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya immigrants from MMR.
All those whose were in Wankhede on Sunday evening & enjoyed a tribute to the legend #AshaBhosale through her many songs playing into the stadium during the match.
Current delimitation proposal seems to be giving higher representation to Hindi Belt states compared to southern states or MH or north east. Hindi heartland states are not known for progress, will they have a stronger say in what the nation does and does not? Do we want Hindi belt states to progress like other states or other states to be like Hindi states? Where do we want to head to?
