@VFSGlobal My elderly parents were forced to buy the optional “Premium Lounge” service at Ahmedabad center after being wrongly told it was mandatory. They weren’t even allowed to call me. This is unethical and exploitative. We demand a refund and action. #VFSGlobal #CanadaVisa
