Christopher Roulston, 46, a Dangerous Offender, was convicted of three counts of Sexual Assault with a Weapon and Uttering Threats for VIOLENT stranger attacks on women in Toronto (2002).

He was released on day parole today despite “the high risk that he will re-offend or breach his conditions.”

He is living in Ottawa.
