Jonathan was last seen Saturday around the Costa Norte Boutique Hotel in Miami Beach.

In regard to private searches, and my stance has never changed:

Private searchers are amazing! Searchers are dedicated, many are former LE or Fire, and they have no motivation outside of helping and finding the person missing.

Once the crime scene is released, let them hunt. The more eyes the better. Bodies, cars, evidence, other indicia of a crime can get missed. We have seen that time and again.

LE should be encouraging search parties when they have cleared out.

Obviously, private property permissions are paramount, but send these volunteers out!

This is a no Brainer.

Release the rest of the surveillance video from the #NancyGuthrie kidnapping. The Sheriff and FBI acknowledged this morning that it could take years to find her with their current investigation. Put the video out. Someone may recognize the suspect when seen from the right angle.

The Guthrie family must feel incredibly defeated right now. They have the resources available and should consider bringing in additional private assets at this point.

You know what really sickens me about the motion concerning Bryan Kohberger, aka BK, aka 214, and restitution concerning the lives that BK took?

His attorneys are making thousands of more dollars on a case that was purportedly over.

They all three signed this. They all three are billing over and over again related to this restitution issue.

Novel idea here: BK should pay restitution to the taxpayers for the million plus dollars they continue to spend on Ann Taylor and her team.

At what point are the motions going to end?

This afternoon a search for Emmanuel Haro was conducted along the westbound shoulder of the 60 Freeway, near Gilman Springs Road, in Moreno Valley. Investigators were assisted by cadaver dogs. Jake Haro was at the location with detectives. The search has concluded, and Emmanuel was not located. The investigation to find Emmanuel continues.
