Our organization, Muscat Policy Council, took part in the 11th MED – Mediterranean Dialogues, a leading conference on the Mediterranean held in Naples from October 15–17.

The MED Dialogues brought together leaders from various sectors and regions to engage in meaningful discussions and explore collaborative solutions for the future of the Mediterranean.

Muscat Policy Council was proud to share our recent participation in the 2nd MENA Think Tank Forum 2025 in Beirut, organized by the Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs and Middle East Council. The forum brought together Arab think tanks along with regional and international experts from across the MENA region to exchange insights, strengthen cooperation, share research, and discuss strategies to enhance policy impact.🌍🤝

As part of the commitment to keeping peace with global digital transformation, the Council participated in the Bucharest Digital Innovation Forum 2025, held in the Romanian capital, Bucharest, with broad participation from technology experts and decision-makers.

The forum addressed the latest innovations in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and the integration of digital infrastructure across governments and institutions.

The Council's participation represents a step toward enhancing its digital readiness and contributing to international initiatives.

Prof. Achim Wennmann, a professor at the Geneva Graduate Institute, delivered a lecture hosted by the Muscat Policy Council for postgraduate students from Sultan Qaboos University.
The session consisted of a one-hour lecture followed by a one-hour interactive discussion.
The lecture focused on the topic of peace mediation in times of radical uncertainty.

ألقى البروفيسور آخيم فينمان، الأستاذ في معهد الدراسات العليا بجنيف، محاضرة استضافها مجلس مسقط للسياسات لطلبة الدراسات العليا من جامعة السلطان قابوس.
وقد تضمنت الجلسة محاضرة لمدة ساعة تلتها مناقشة تفاعلية استغرقت ساعة أخرى. وتمحورت المحاضرة حول موضوع الوساطة من أجل السلام في أوقات عدم اليقين.

In the context of the regional dialogue on security and partnerships, Muscat Policy Council participated in the seminar titled "Two Decades of NATO Partnerships with the MENA Region," held in Manama, Bahrain, on April 29, 2025.

The event was organized by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (@IISS_org ) in collaboration with the NSD-S Hub.

The seminar explored the future of cooperation with NATO and the evolving regional security challenges.
