Get ready to sweat! Today’s workout is a two-circuit doozy comprised of two nine-minute EMOMs (Every Minute on the Minute). For each exercise, you’ll work for 45 seconds, rest for 15 seconds, then change movements on the minute mark. Total work time as written is 18 minutes.
