During our recent public meeting in Tenkasi, we assured the people of Puliyangudi that the GI Tag for Puliyangudi Lemon is being processed and will be announced by the first week of April. We are delighted to note that the announcement of the GI Tag for Puliyangudi Lemon has been made today.

On behalf of @BJP4TamilNadu, we thank our Honorable Minister of Commerce and Industry, Thiru @PiyushGoyal avl, for considering our request to issue a GI Tag for Puliyangudi Lemon.
