Deeply saddened by the passing of Padma Shri awardee Dr. Pankaj Shah, one of India’s most distinguished oncologists. Former Director of the Gujarat Cancer & Research Institute, recipient of the Padma Shri and the Dr B.C Roy award and mentor to generations of cancer specialists he devoted over 5 decades of his life in cancer care and contribution to affordable treatment which transformed countless lives. His legacy will continue to inspire generations of healthcare professionals. Heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. Om Shanti 🙏🏻

पूर्वी सिंहभूम जिले में ब्रेन मलेरिया से बच्चों समेत हुई मौतों की खबर बेहद दुखद और चिंताजनक है। प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में जांच, दवाओं की उपलब्धता, फॉगिंग और जागरूकता अभियान को और तेज करने की जरूरत है, ताकि संक्रमण को फैलने से रोका जा सके।
उम्मीद है कि स्थिति पर जल्द और प्रभावी कदम उठाए जाएंगे।
सभी से आग्रह है कि बुखार या अन्य लक्षण दिखने पर लापरवाही न करें और तुरंत मेडिकल सेंटर में जांच कराएं।

Paid respects to the family of the late Dr. Nusrat Jahan Siddiqui in Jharkhand, whose untimely passing at such a young age remains an irreparable loss. She was the driving force behind almost all my work and initiatives across Jharkhand, serving as the principal coordinator of our grassroots efforts and leading the NGO HOP with unwavering commitment. Much of what we were able to accomplish together bore her dedication and selfless contribution.
Returning to Jharkhand as an MP, her absence is deeply felt. Remembering her noble soul, praying for eternal peace, and for strength to her family to bear this immense loss.
