I remember the days when heading into a St. John’s season, the hope was simply to put together a solid year and make the NCAA Tournament.

It’s incredible to see how far this program has come in just three years.

I’m talking about racetracks closing. Thousands of lost jobs. Breeders going out of business. Owners leaving the industry. Trainers struggling to survive. Small businesses shutting down. Families losing livelihoods. Entire communities losing an industry they depended on!!!!!

THIRTY YEARS OF LOST OPPORTUNITY AND POTENTIALLY MULTI, MULTI, MULTIBILLION-DOLLAR ECONOMIC DAMAGE!!!!! I HAVE A LAWSUIT PREPARED!!!!! THE TIMING IS MINE!!!!!

I know the people in horse racing are enjoying watching these questions finally get asked!!!!! AND THEY DESERVE ANSWERS!!!!!

If litigation becomes necessary, discovery can bring contracts, correspondence, financial records, depositions and sworn testimony into the process!!!!!
