Let’s Stop Pretending DeWine Has Governed Like A Progressive Globalist For Only A Short While

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has not governed like a conservative for his entire two terms. As his time runs out, the record is clear — he has governed like a liberal progressive the whole way.

Before COVID even hit, DeWine appointed abortion doctor — Female Fauci — Amy Acton as Director of Health. She then ordered the progressive lockdowns, canceled a primary election, closed schools across the state, pushed masks that didn’t stop the spread, and created a sharp divide between the “masked” and “unmasked” — birthing COVIDiots.

When her policies blew up in Ohioans’ faces, he tried to replace her with another abortion doctor — Dr. Joan Duwve.

DeWine lied on national TV about Acton canceling that primary — evidence still exists in public records and on his own damn website.

The establishment “Republican” tried to hide behind the “the buck stopped with me” line to throw shade at Republican candidate Vivek Ramaswamy for running an ad that correctly pointed to Acton’s election order.

Think about that — he is actively attempting to undermine the GOP candidate’s run.

His administration lied about the scale of unemployment fraud that cost billions. I know, because I broke the story.

The new Department of Children and Youth still refuses to cooperate with lawmakers trying to expose waste, fraud, and abuse. I know because The Windsor Report broadcast the facts as delivered by State Rep Josh Williams.

Ohio Medicaid has billions in waste and fraud that The Ohio Press Network (reporting on the investigations of State Rep Mike Dovilla) and Luke Rosiak at the Daily Wire uncovered. Per usual, DeWine originally downplayed the bloat and waste — at one point calling billions in lax oversight and clear fraud “the cost of doing business.”

He vetoed the SAFE Act that would have protected adolescents from having their sex parts cut off and being put on chemical castration drugs — and that would have kept men out of women’s sports.

He vetoed a bill requiring photo ID for mail-in ballots by lying about the risks and the integrity measures the bill would have put in place.

He held a press conference lobbying to end capital punishment in Ohio.

On the Haitian migrant invasion in Springfield, DeWine ignored questions and interview requests from legitimate Ohio journalists with the facts about the strain on Springfield and instead went on CNN to — again — lie and beg President Trump not to remove them after the Supreme Court upheld revoking their temporary protected status.

He denies his role in what amounts to reverse offshoring and human labor trafficking. He downplays the inflated housing costs and the taxpayer millions TPS Haitians soaked up in public services. He denies the high rates of welfare enrollment in that population and pretends the whole community wasn’t negatively impacted.

Those are lies. I know. I was there in 2024.

Following my reporting, then-candidate for VP JD Vance sent me a private message thanking me for exposing what others wouldn’t or couldn’t about Springfield.

He ignored President Trump during visits to the Buckeye State.

And as a reporter, he revoked my press pass during COVID press conferences because I kept calling out his inaccurate, unscientific, and medically scandalous positions.

This is not a sudden shift in the final weeks. It is who he has been for two full terms. Ohio families and taxpayers deserve truth, transparency and leaders who actually protect children, small businesses, Ohio communities, elections, secure the border, and defend our God-given rights from scandalous and criminal government overreach — not progressive experiments cloaked in lies, gaslighting and breaching of constitutional rights.

I teach auto shop at a small high school. We work on students cars, teachers cars, students parents cars and some community people cars. We only charge for parts and not labor, so we saved some people a lot of money last school year. This last school year we did 126 oil changes, 68 brake jobs, 85 alignments, 4 steering racks, 22 tune ups, 32 struts, 20 shock absorbers, 4 transfer cases, mounted and balanced 82 new tires, 4 timing chains, 15 valve cover gaskets, 14 thermostats, 4 radiators, 12 in tank fuel pumps, 8 EVAP canisters, 6 exhaust manifolds, 4 mufflers, 15 AC repairs including evacuate and recharge, 8 alternators, 22 batteries, 9 starters and so much more! Proud of those students I am!
