Stripe is adopting HTTP 402 for agentic commerce with electronic money. This is one of the most exciting developments I read recently! I only wish the original chain was also supported as a payment option (maybe soon?).

Most data goes to service providers (incl. govt), usually under the premise of "free", and will certainly disappear at some point. They are closed systems.
Open distributed systems and cryptography are the best "future-proof" effort, but practiced individually.
