@lukeburgis My question is - who are the people in AirBnB accept these jobs and make these types decision? Like, do you have brain and heart? Have we stooped so low?
@greatbong I personally (consider myself as brown) do not think it is racist. But at the same time I can totally see why some people wud think so. Its like calling someone 'fat' is NOT abusive [rather funny] in brown countries whereas in 'western' countries its a big NO NO.
@littlemissjacob Similar type of Story but in a different form. She is from India, failed in physics in school but ended up building a "flying boat" in San Fran -

@DOGE The requirement that federal budgets must be expended within the budget year or risk reduction in the next year's budget is governed by principles outlined in 31 U.S. Code § 1502 and various appropriations laws. This concept is tied to the "use it or lose it" principle in budget
@SullyCNBC 70%-80% wealth in the DC suburb belong to Government contractor employees - NG, Booz Allen, GD etc., basically big corps. 80% of that 80% are IT related project contractors.
@turtledumplin In other words, actual policies and actions dont matter anymore, its just who has better rhtoric of convincing that the other side is worse - very sad but seems like it is the reality
@SullyCNBC The politicians actually start as bright people. If you look at the grass root level, the people who are running are quite well versed. However, once they get in, its the entire politics of political system force them to change.
@SullyCNBC Hit the nail in the head. And dont forget that white collar people had added savings by not going to office (not spending on gas, lunch, happy hours etc.) Now every other white collar person wants to open a business cause they dont know what to do with the savings
@SullyCNBC Starbucks - Unnecessary high price but people still go because of somewhat good service, lack of options, and ok quality. Proves that high price is not a deterrent factor if you meet above all.
@SOTUWithAlexi@StatManMosse We need a master tactician like Guus Hiddink to manage the USMNT. 8 out of 10 times we lose in the big tournaments bcoz we get out-tacticed.
@SOTUWithAlexi@StatManMosse Everyone is talking about how we were not creative/lethal enough in the attacks. But I am more concerned about the defense. The goal we conceded wasnt it the exact same we conceded against Netherlands?
