Brilliant team work and excellent effort from all teams across all divisions tonight. Response certainly had their hands full with several calls stacking. They were a great help dealing with the dangerous drivers of the Midlands.

Today I went out in our CMPG GO5 responding to incidents across the motorway network. Today I attended a stolen vehicle, which ended in a police pursuit as well as assisting units at BHX where I deployed my taser for a male that had a weapon.

An amazing shift today had multiple resources on the major roads and motorways within the district. Units attended a range of incidents including a stolen vehicle and a vehicle being used in county lines drug dealing.

Out tonight in one of our unmarked resources. The first call of the evening was to assist TC36 & TC98 with a vehicle pursuit, which turned into a decamp shortly before I arrived on the scene. The suspect has been arrested and transported to custody.

The second call of the evening was a local unit requesting urgent assistance for a male with a large blade within the area of Grove Street. Assisted firearms units in order to secure the male! All officers are safe and well.

The final call of my shift was assisting local units with a burglary in progress. When we arrived on scene we found two males on scene within the property who were not supposed to be there! They were both arrested. Heading back to the office to finish some paperwork!

The third call of the day was a fail to stop after a vehicle carelessly drove in front of myself and TC98. The vehicle led units on a pursuit around the local area before crashing and injuring himself, thankfully no one else was injured during his antics. Male on his way to A&E.

Earlier in the week, our Force Traffic officers added another vehicle to the garage, the new 2021 G21! The vehicle has been out and about on the streets this week, fighting crime!

Busy evening today @MidlandsRP_V! Today saw our roads policing officers undertake their STO courses, and pass with flying colours. In addition to this, the boss spent some time assisting with training, hosting an IPP revalidation for one of our force response officers! - 2000

Last night, our resources looked for a white range rover, which they found abandoned in a local estate! Officers investigated and arrested a male for multiple offences. - 1154
