@varrock@geoljills Please show me the Constitutional law that allows one segment of society to utter a word freely, but bans that said word from being uttered by the rest of society.
This story is actually insane. The police picked up a 16 yr old girl that was kidnapped by Omar (the guy Shiloh Hendrix insulted) and his brother at a gas station. They raped her for two days. She was found "sleep-deprived, dehydrated, and had not eaten recently" according to the nurse that examined her.
They found her glasses in their trailer. She identified them perfectly in a lineup.
Then, in the middle of the case, prosecutors discretely dropped charges with no explanation and no oversight. "In the interest of justice," they said.
This was just one month before the Shiloh Hendrix incident. During the Shiloh Hendrix trial, we find out that Omar's son, who is actually 9 even though it was claimed he was 5, already wears a ankle monitor because his father lets him wander off and steal things. As is expected, the father has faced no consequences for this.
In Minnesota, a single word is worse than kidnapping and raping a young girl. Two Somalian men abducted a young, vulnerable girl, then were shielded by the government and faced zero consequences. Personally, I think the charges were dropped to avoid their deportation.
On the flip side, a productive member of society gets probation, a jail sentence, and 200 hours of community service over a single word, with no violence involved in any way.
We can't live like this. We can't live in a country where foreigners are above the law, yet get to twist the law into a weapon against productive American citizens.
@TooWhiteToTweet@elonmusk Can we go ahead and send in the 82rd Airborne Division to take back the state of Minnesota?! We need boots on the ground to rout the animals that now control the state. Time to declare Martial law in Minnesota.
@TooWhiteToTweet Per Grok, 16 cruise ships, 5,000 somalians/ship; 20 day trip, staggered for debarking at Mogadishu, from Miami.
80k somalians sent back home.
Total cost (less Naval escorts), a mere $140 million.
Done.
Compare that to the $18 billion plus stolen…
Unbelievable.
@TooWhiteToTweet The good news here, if there's any, is that Shiloh will likely prevail on appeal.
You can't throw the "fighting words" precedent at her when Sharmake was saying it too and encouraging her to say it.
@TooWhiteToTweet@elonmusk If you’re white, raising children, and living in the state of Minnesota, you’re putting your family at risk. It’s not just the Somalis, it’s the liberal justice system. Move to a red state. You’ll like the weather better too! 😎
@TooWhiteToTweet not to mention the reason Sharmake Omar wasn't at the trial he fled back to Somalia, so she didn't even have the right to face her accuser in court.
this was a travesty of justice. Minnesota judicial system should be ashamed.
@TooWhiteToTweet When Socialism Protects Criminals and Punishes Victims …
Do You Want Vigilantes?
Because this is how You Get Vigilantes…
We Get what we Tolerate …
It's anarcho-tyranny against White Minnesotans. Meanwhile, Rochester, MN (Olmsted County) has a history of letting off "oppressed" Somali men who REPEATEDLY commit THE MOST VILE crimes imaginable against little girls👇
"A Rochester man will serve no prison time after he was convicted of raping 2 girls between the ages of 4 and 9.
Mohamed Bakari Shei received 180 days in local jail. Charges say the sexual assaults occurred multiple times. All charges will be erased from Shei's criminal record if he successfully completes his probation."

@TooWhiteToTweet Here the lawyer speaks out after the verdict. He does not seem happy...and he shouldn't be. We should all be concerned with what just happened.

This is pure ANTI-WHITE insanity!
A Somali man with DISMISSED child-rape charges demands a White mother say the N-word on camera, says it himself repeatedly... and SHE is the one convicted, fined $1,000, and sentenced to 200 hours of community service.
Minnesota under Gov. Tim Walz is a sick joke.
Same mindset, same silence.
@TooWhiteToTweet@elonmusk If this isn't overturned, freedom of speech is dead
AND we need to file charges against everyone who uses the term Nazi or Hilter!
@TooWhiteToTweet Hi @AAGDhillon, I think Shiloh Hendrix's free speech right, civil rights and due process rights (facing her accuser) may have been violated...☝️. Can you please have someone from @CivilRights look into this? Thank you!!!
