@Expedia I’ve pent a ton of money with your company this year and you are treating me like this over $90 dollars and a service your partner didn’t follow through on but is telling me they will refund?? Guess this is my last trip through you!!
@CarnivalCruise plan for these types of horrible situations and didn’t. & then u cancel grand and all you wanna give is a $50 on board credit.??? Make that make sense. I’m gonna give u something because I did you wrong, but you have to give it back to me or you lose it??
@CarnivalCruise and then you go out to see knowing the ship still isn’t fixed knowing that you screwed everyone and you closed down the buffet..still boarding and you weren’t offering them anything to eat and the food you did have at the buffet that night was trash
@CarnivalCruise omg such a horrible experience with your company will never cruise with you again and no one else should either! You had elderly people standing outside for hours for a credit of $54? Just to pass through security and see seating for over 200 people at least.
@SpiritAirlines your fees need to be posted for customers to see not have to wait until after and your customer service can’t give a definitive answer???? Until after it’s done? Are you kidding?
@SpiritAirlines you need to do a better job posting fees. I couldn’t find out the fees until after cancelled!???? But told it was $22.50. Cancel then it turns out being $165 in fees??? Are you kidding? BS
