Such a disappointment, went to Top 16 game in Dallas. The line for the bracelet did not have ADA access. Stood in line for over 2hrs until my friend could not stand any longer and was broader line fainting and heat stroke.

@AskAmex Called the back of the card and there was no option to speak to someone now. The buttons also does not work to press other options. This was a giftcard purchased on the AMEX website, and I cant get help. Disappointed.
