@MissHodgsonECT Don’t lose heart. Good things come to those who wait. Are you going to do supply for experience? Every experience counts. It may even be a way in to a job. We have three ECTs, two joined us as supply last year, one had been on work experience. Keep going, stay positive!

@MartinW57808796 @MissBTeaches_ They don’t have to be long winded. We looked at this in my school in terms of well-being. Also, I don’t think parents want long winded reports that regurgitate the NC. Where they are in class and socially, morally, etc is great for parents as well as next steps.
