#MNSupremeCourt Chief Justice Lorie Gildea tells Judicial Council that the courts should pause in-person criminal jury trials for 60 days, suggests reverting to virtual hearings. "If you have a jury trial going on, you should finish it," she says, but no new jury trials til Feb.
