This notice serves to inform you that changes will be made to the Mortgage Revenue Bond (MRB) Program and the products that provide the Second Mortgage funds in accordance with the origination agreement section 6 (b).

The changes will come in the form of two new products under the MRB Program that MHC will launch in the coming weeks. MHC has developed these new products to fit the current and emerging housing market in our state. Please be on the lookout for the announcement of these products.
