MY MESSAGE TO SPURS FANS FOR SUNDAY
This is not about the owners, their lack of ambition with anything to do with the word football, whilst they maintain the ability to promote the money-making best stadium in the world.
This is not about the questionable choice of management staff, or the frustration of selling our top scorer at the start of the transfer window and denying the team a replacement.
This is not about having one of the best players of all time rise through the ranks, only to be treated with a lack of ambition from those above him, or sacking the only manager in 17 years who brought us success.
This is not even about the fan you have a row with each week over the starting 11, or the fan who watches the game through his phone rather than enjoying the moments that come and go.
This is not about the world media wanting us to be relegated just so they can make their money through content, or the long list of previous managers who are very quick to point out where Tudor is going wrong.
This is not about being for or against a drummer in the crowd, or whether the trumpet player is a welcome addition to the atmosphere or just a nuisance.
And this is not about the broken promises, the years of pain culminating in the best day of our lives, only for the pain to return in abundance shortly after.
This is about the badge, the glory, the Lane; old and new, the fans, the football club's integrity, the motto.
Everyone else is a custodian of this great football club. The fans and the cockerel we wear with pride on our chests remain the one constant; win, lose or draw.
This is about showing those players we believe in them to save us from the unthinkable, and if they believe in us too then they can hold their heads high, knowing they gave us fans all we ask for:
100% commitment and to play the Tottenham way.
So on sunday, please do all you can to get to the ground early.
Wave those flags, sing those songs. Forget everything that needs to change about this club and remember that the problems will come and go - but the fans will never, ever go away.
This is about unity, togetherness and belief, through the good times and the bad.
This is about:
Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United and Nottingham Forest.
The “champions of Europe” ensemble, we could call them, bearing in mind the supporters of all three clubs can sing that song, and often do.
Yet there is no misfortune, or flukiness, attached to the fact that these are the clubs currently occupying the Premier League’s 16th, 17th and 18th positions.
The wind howls, the curtains twitch, and it isn’t easy to know which of these three clubs ought to feel the most acute embarrassment to be in this position.
With relegation looming large for one of them, the big question is: where did it go so wrong?

@HimothyReports Only reason I would say end of season is there doesn't appear any suitable options as interim unless people have any serious ideas? At the same time I feel some players have given up on his ideas and relegation could be a possibility if something doesn't change with him or them.
Why on earth is Fabio having a say in this if he's leaving and why not wait until after tonight's game as now we are short and have 2 keepers on the bench ffs 🙄
Understand Brennan Johnson was informed yesterday by both Thomas Frank and Fabio Paratici that he was not part of Spurs' plans going forward. The Wales international is currently undergoing his medical ahead of becoming a Crystal Palace player.

📢 Park Lane for Vocal Fans
A new campaign to bring Tottenham’s most vocal support together in the stand built for atmosphere.
It’s no secret the noise at THS hasn’t been good enough this season, the club’s being pushed to work with fans, but we can act too.
For Chelsea, we’re organising our biggest meet-up yet;
📍 Park Lane concourse (middle level, by Entrance 253, where you’ll find the drummer)
🕓 From 16:00, starting early so it’s going off by 17:00. Get to the concourse and let’s build the biggest Park Lane pre-match atmosphere we’ve ever had.
🎟️ In your seats by 17:20 to build the atmosphere.
🔊 At 17:24:30 the club will turn off all music, step back, and hand over the stage to the fans. This is our chance to create an organic atmosphere inside the stadium.
Be ready immediately after the light show to get behind the team, we’ll have a great slot to make noise, and if the atmosphere is strong, the next part of the pre-match routine will be adjusted to let it continue.
This is the first time the club has given fans this much time before kick-off, let’s show what we’re capable of.
Make it loud and show the power of Spurs fans together. This is how we build the case for change.
