They needed a mere 3,000 votes and — Le Schoque!! — Nithya Raman got 3,113.

The crimes US Attorney Bill Essayli is investigating are:

• False Registration / Voting in Name of Another: Federal and CA law prohibit registering or voting under false pretenses (e.g., using placeholder DOBs or ineligible names). Scalable via harvesting rings.
• Ballot Fraud / Tampering: Altering, duplicating, or submitting invalid mail ballots. CA Elections Code + federal overlay.
• Mail/Wire Fraud: Using postal service or electronic systems for the scheme.
• Identity Theft / Forgery: Forged signatures on envelopes.
• Bribery / Vote Buying: If harvesting involves payments (documented in past CA cases, including Skid Row examples).
• Obstruction / False Statements: If officials or operatives lie during audits or investigations.

The federal laws broken would be:

• Federal: 18 U.S.C. § 241 (Conspiracy Against Rights) and § 371 (Conspiracy to Defraud the United States) — prosecutors can charge a group (operatives, harvesters, insiders) for agreeing to submit false/misused ballots that dilute legitimate votes or affect federal races.
• Mail fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1341) if U.S. mail was used.

To prove such things will require:

• Signature audits on disputed batches.
• Chain-of-custody logs.
• Harvester affidavits / financial trails.
• Cross-checks with death records, DMV moves, felony lists.
• Every video from every drop box and every processing center (monumental effort).
• Whistleblowers from inside processing centers.

Proving conspiracy does NOT require proving every fake ballot; it requires proving there was an agreement and overt acts that affected the election outcome.

The time to do all these things is NOW.
