For many years, apartment owners have called for a new law that better addresses their needs relating to ownership, governance, and management. Our Government has taken note of these citizen demands.

Under the guidance of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri D. K. Shivakumar, the Government has prepared a draft Bill. Before taking it forward, we would like to seek the views and suggestions of all stakeholders.

Accordingly, a stakeholder consultation has been scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 15 July, at conference hall of Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium. The Hon’ble Chief Minister will be present at the consultation.

We invite you to participate and share your suggestions to help shape this important legislation.

ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಡಿ. ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕರಡು ವಿಧೇಯಕವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವ ಮುನ್ನ, ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಲುದಾರರ (Stakeholders) ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಬಯಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ಅದರಂತೆ, ಜುಲೈ 15ರ ಬುಧವಾರದಂದು ಪೂರ್ವಾಹ್ನ 11:00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಜವಾಹರಲಾಲ್ ನೆಹರು ತಾರಾಲಯದ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲುದಾರರ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನಾ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿರಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಶಾಸನವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು, ನೀವು ಈ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

With reference to the above tweet, we would like to inform you that the matter has been escalated to the North Zonal Commissioner, BDA for necessary action. As informed by the North Zonal Commissioner, the issue is currently under consideration and will be resolved.

Additionally, the BDA is taking necessary action to complete the process of handing over the layout to the concerned Local Panchayat. The required formalities are under process, and the handover is planned to be completed within this month, in accordance with the prescribed procedure.

Further, the tax amount collected will be surrendered to the concerned Local Panchayat as per the prescribed procedure.

We hope to see some light at the end of the tunnel 🙏2/2….until such handover happens we need to support form BDA to avoid too many illegal connections to our layout ..
