Last month 2 of our OCdts competed at the Army Fencing Championships 💪

OCdt Fiorini in his first @ArmySportASCB competition did extremely well, whilst OCdt Saw took 4 medals from 4 events in her 2nd championships!

@NikkiNikkibone For an Cadet its a natural progression for those coming to University. The selection process is the same for all candidates: A selection & a medical.
If they know which university they are going to, they can make early contact, with no commitment to join.

Watched on by #NWOTR's Honorary Colonel, Maj Gen Bennett. The field phase of ADX finished with a Company attack with the teams working together to defeat the enemy. On conclusion was an ideal time for awards!

Practicing complete the OCdts had their 1st competitive event, the March & Shoot - An assault course, a 2km march & the falling plates shoot!

Post exams our students travelled to Northern Ireland along with student from @UotcLiverpool to consolidate their academic year of training over a 8 day period known as Annual Deployment Exercise (ADX) 💪
