So..disappointing!!.

It’s better to sell Air India, Do you know why are they in big debts (58,000 crore rupees)? It’s due to their mismanagement attitude towards their customers. If they don’t have an answer they will just disconnect the telephone call. How the heck do they manage VBM.

@narendramodi Dear Sir, Air India ticket ( Lon - Del-Kochi), they mislead many people saying there can take normal connection flight in 24h time, So many people are distressed and stuck with family. Is this the way VBM should be operated?, Please arrange VBM connections to every big cities.

@airindiain Please also ask your customer care not to disconnect when they are in trouble with answers!, and very strict action should be taken. And most importantly don’t mislead people, Now, nearly my £2000/- (ticket money)is being held with you.
