Justin Bieber entered the Fanatics Games last-minute, beat Tom Brady to take the $1M grand prize, and then gave half to charity and split the other half among the other 50 participating fans, each receiving $10,000 👏
@KatoParinaSLC@MarcJSpears His recent remarks about how he wasn’t having fun at KU while making millions riding the bench with his massage gun did not sit well. Why is he throwing shade at KU ,teammates and Coach Self who were supportive of him now? Sorry it was not fun for him it wasn’t for us either.
Isn’t it awesome how sports bring people together?
Like two Venezuelan-born catchers reunited in Kansas City, where one has become a future Hall of Famer, and the other chases similar Big League dreams just down the road in Lawrence… Dreams inspired 12 years earlier when they first met at a youth clinic back home in Valencia.
Isn’t it wonderful how despite that original connection when Salvy was a 24-year-old rising star and Augusto was just 9, it took another special individual - KU & Royals Super-fan, Colin Couch of Olathe, to help them find their way back to each other a dozen years later.
Earlier this spring when Mungarrieta was helping the Jayhawks to one of their winningest seasons ever, Couch made sure Perez knew all about the area’s other Venezuelan backstop. In his signature enthusiastic style, Colin waved Salvy over before a Royals game by pointing repeatedly to the Jayhawk on his chest. Colin’s father & brother then cued up Auggie’s highlights on Instagram and the Royals star was immediately intrigued.
As the story goes, Salvy beamed with pride over his fellow countryman and excitedly told the Couch family that Auggie must come meet him for a game. Colin’s sister Morgan is also an ascending star in the Royals organization and she connected the dots from there, helping deliver an experience none of us will ever forget.
That experience included watching pregame BP on the field, a thrilling extra-innings walk-off win and a postgame chance to chat with his heroes — all of which were incredibly approachable, genuine & down to earth.
Thank you, Kansas City Royals for an unbelievable night at The K and how kind you were throughout. From Bobby to Q to Jake & Hud and countless others in between, everyone was so welcoming. Thank you, Salvy for being a humble superstar who is sincerely a man of the people, always paying it forward and inspiring that next generation. You are truly 1 of 1. Thanks, Colin Couch for being the catalyst that set it all in motion. You & your family are angels among us.
Sports…not just one of the most thrilling pastimes on the planet, but one of the greatest human connectors as well! 💙

Michael Fanone: “I saw Senator Cory Booker eulogize Lindsey Graham in his post and talk about how, ‘he was nice to me at one point.’ Keep that experience to yourself, Cory. You’re minimizing all of the harm this man has caused to regular Americans. If you can’t say something honest, shut the fuck up”
BREAKING: A reporter asked Mike Johnson at a press conference today, “Should we bother asking you any questions about Trump reigniting his illegal Iran War without any Constitutionally mandatory Congressional deliberation and authorization... or have you not heard about it yet?"
BREAKING: French Senator Claude Malhuret TORCHES Trump and his alcoholic, drug-addicted administration on the floor of the Luxembourg Palace: "Every time the Epstein affair resurfaces, bombs explode somewhere in the world and cause a distraction!"
This might be the greatest MAGA takedown of all time. Nobody was spared...
"A year ago, here in France, I compared Trump's presidency to Nero's Court. I was wrong. It's the miracle court. An anti-vaxxer, former heroin addict as Minister of Health," he said, referring to RFK Jr.
Malhuret's comparison to the mad Emperor Nero is fitting. It's said that he fiddled while Rome burned. In Trump's case, he's building a ballroom while the entire world goes up in flames.
"A climate-skeptic Minister of Economy. An alcoholic TV host, Minister of the Armed Forces," Malhuret continued, referring to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
"An old Qatar agent, Minister of Justice. A groupie of Putin, Minister of National Security," Malhuret went on, referring to Attorney General Pam Bondi and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. Bondi previously worked for the Ballard Partners firm which raked in $115,000 a month by lobbying on behalf of Qatar.
"A Turkish proverb says 'When a clown settles in a palace, he does not become king, it is the palace that becomes a circus," said Malhuret. "His fine team has decided to create a competitor to the UN. Since the creation of the Board of Peace, Trump has triggered more military strikes than Biden during his entire term."
"Every time the Epstein affair resurfaces, bombs explode somewhere in the world and cause a distraction," he continued. "Bomb more to win more."
This is how the world now sees the American president: as a pedophile desperately exploiting his role as commander-in-chief to obscure the fact that he preyed on children with his long-time pal Jeffrey Epstein.
"There isn't a single country where Trump did not take advantage of the situation to enrich himself without ever forgetting his family. A Boeing plane offered by Qatar," he said, referring to the $400 million jet that Qatar "gifted" to Trump. "Investment in all Gulf projects or elsewhere. Stock market manipulation that only a few insiders benefit from."
"Any one of these conflicts of interest would have caused an immediate procedure of impeachment here," Malhuret. "But we are not here. We are in MAGA's America where public business is conducted in favor of private interests."
Rarely have we heard such an exhaustive yet succinct distillation of the Trump administration's rampant criminality and incompetence. By focusing on individual Cabinet members and what makes them uniquely unfit for office and then expanding the aperture to the broader patterns of corruption and malignancy, Malhuret delivered a master class in political messaging.
Every mainstream outlet in the U.S. should be running this speech to show Americans what the world thinks of our leaders.
Since they won't, please make sure to like and share to spread this far and wide!
BREAKING: Rumors that Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell is brain dead have been confirmed as no one in their right mind would talk to Scott Jennings for 20 minutes.
This is the most biased broadcast I have ever heard since we were forced to listen to Joe Buck during the World Series. And by the way Jensen is probably one of the fastest catchers in the game. Do better @peacock if we have to buy your service to watch our team. #Royals
@krassenstein $68 million of OUR taxpayer’s money went to a no bid contract for Trump friends. As per pattern, looks like they spent $10,000 on Temu stages and the Arch and some portapotty booths for the state exhibits and pocketed the rest.
Retired 4-Star Navy Admiral and former Navy SEAL William McRaven on Donald Trump: "Through your actions, you have embarrassed us in the eyes of our children, humiliated us on the world stage and, worst of all, divided us as a nation."
RETWEET if you stand with Admiral McRaven!
