New York City’s working families deserve a fair shake and decent wages, and I’m proud to fight alongside @NYSLaborersPAC, @MTDCPAC1 and @Local79nyc to build a city for everyone.
The hard-working men and women of @NYSLaborersPAC, @MTDCPAC1 and @Local79nyc represent the best of NYC. If we’re going to have a real economic recovery it needs to center these workers and leverage their talents to build our city back better and fairer than before.
As the vote count comes to a close, it’s clear that our community has given me the incredible honor of being re-elected to serve as State Senator.
To every member of Team Gounardes, every voter, and every person who believes in the vision we share: Thank you.
The Mason Tenders’ District Council, representing 17,000 loud & proud members of the Laborers’ Union @LIUNA is happy and excited to endorse Kevin Riley @RileyforTheBX for the #12thCityCouncilDistrict Vote for Kevin on December 22. Our future depends on strong, smart leadership!
@Dromm25@AOC@nycDSA Pure political hit piece hiding behind the guise of a fair issue protest. How transparent can these people be? And threats and entering the building and pounding on doors should be denounced by all right thinking people.
I couldn’t agree more! Newcomers who can’t seem to grasp the idea that just because you’re an experienced legislator you can also still have a long and steady progressive history need to educate themselves. #ThoseThatForgetHistory...
Glad to see my union in the middle of Black Lives Matter Plaza (that’s our building in front of the word “lives”). @LIUNA all members are treated equally: black, brown or white, male or female-equal pay and equal benefits. It’s how the world should be @LiUNAEasternReg@MTDCPAC1
I'm so appreciative for this endorsement and support from @LIUNA NY, which is a collaboration of the @NYSLaborersPAC and the @MTDCPAC1. Proud to serve and represent these workers' interests in Albany.
Has there been any reporting on the rate of infection & hospitalization of NY construction workers on “essential” state projects versus the hundred thousand or so furloughed, or should we just go on pretending were keeping that industry shut down for a clear purpose?
