@JonathanShedler Getting "psychotherapy" only from a book, without a human relationship, sounds a lot like Philip from the Schopenhauer Cure (Yalom), the patient who tried to teach himself to become a therapist using only philosophy.

@evolutionarypsy If you get training in therapy for psychosis (e.g. CBT-P), there are some pretty solid guidelines for dealing with delusions. Choosing when to push back, how to push back...and how to talk about delusions if you're not pushing back. This ain't it.
