SPECIAL COUNSEL: How do we prove he knew they were classified?
FBI: He admits knowing they were classified on this taped conversation
SPECIAL COUNSEL: But how can we prove that he didn’t declassify them before he left office?
FBI: You’re not gonna believe this
@jules_su Lawyer here… I’m giving general advice, I’m obviously not your lawyer. However, I see practically no reason for you to pay your lawyer to respond to a cease-and-desist. It is a meaningless letter that has no force. If they actually bring a lawsuit (unlikely) then do something.
@Perospumpeh@healingfromlc What a shitty reply. Stop dragging other people down and try picking them up. Or, better yet, just shut up if you can’t offer support.
@embel713 Yes, but you deduct any other client’s time. As long as you aren’t double billing then travel time for a client is absolutely on them. However, I usually reduce my rate by half if I’m not actively working on their case.
@saraaaaajean These takes are hilarious because even if this technology was capable of doing our jobs (it isn’t) they believe the legal system could adopt this in a reasonable time frame.
