@RedWingDiehards@PierreVLeBrun Doesn't mean he won't be back for certain. I'd bet he is wanting to see what SY's play is going to be regarding Larkin. Will there be a move that keeps us on track or sets us back. His decision will likely come after seeing what direction we're taking.
@Fitzzy73@HockeyWithDevin I haven't read any official statements of him requesting a trade. Only rumors.
The goose egg, they played the cup champs in the 1st round that everyone knew the team had no chance against. Honestly I've never liked Brady, but at this point, I think he'd be an upgrade.
@Fitzzy73@HockeyWithDevin Last I checked, no.
Both roughly ppg players. Brady is younger, bigger, plays with a lot of grit and is committed. Larkin is older, soft, and apparently a quitter.
@HockeyWithDevin Him & Cat will both stay. I think I agree on EP40 as well. Do you think Larkin is part of that trade or that's a separate deal? I'm really hoping, probably quite unrealistically, that Larkin goes to Dallas as part of a move bringing Robertson here.
@LO_RedWings I would 100% wait him out until it benefits the team. I've said it before, if we can't get worthwhile offers bc he's clinging too tightly to his nta, screw him. Strip the C & tell him suit up. If he doesn't play his heart out, he's only hurting his own career.
@HockeyWithDevin Another thought came up on this, and I think booing is all the more deserving bc the man's actually a lifelong Michigander! His own family, aside from his parents I guess, should boo him. And even his parents should be somewhat offended.
