I think we all know what the problem was here. Dylan Larkin in his prime is a 2C on a good team. Yzerman kept trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. Yzerman's next best C is Andrew Copp. That's the real fail here. The inability to draft/develop/sign a legit 1C
