@GreyhoundBus 2 weeks ago on the 15th of March I lost my luggage on my route. Since then I have sent multiple emails, left feedback, etc and have not heard from anyone. Last I spoke to one of the agents, they stated the last stop on my original bus route was the Amarillo station

I spoke to an agent at the station through a friend and they stated all unclaimed luggage is sent to the Dallas Headquarters. I am still trying to get in contact with someone from your Dallas headquarters to see whether or not my luggage is there and can be claimed.
