#americanair again another fantastic customer service experience with AA. 2hours on the phone 5 different reps & 5 completely different LIES. All they do is lie or tell you to contact someone else. In the end I need email my concern. So very sad how AA destroyed USAirways

AA does not clean planes in between flights…flight attendants do not have sanitizer wipes…and this is first class…very sad. No one cares anymore…

@AmericanAir Just flew American Flight 1621 PHL to San Diego….and watch their in flight commercial on their clean commitment. Open my tray table and was disgusted. Food smear, crumbs and sticky something. Obviously they missed row 13! AA I have Pictures if interested…
