But since they aren't responding, we can't actually see what's the issue.

I opened a case with the Support team on March 13th. The support team responded and said to wait several days, and if the amount is still missing, to contact them back by replying to the e-mail. I tried to contact them few times by responding to that e-mail, but no one answered.
