@thedegenpsyche @Andercot No. Even the unintelligent believe intelligence exists. In fact they believe they are more intelligent than others - the Dunning-Kruger effect! Believing in intelligence is not a requirement of acquisition.

@Andercot Hm... so, belief in its existence is a prerequisite to acquisition. It could be hope. Hope has a resonance that others with hope can immediately recognize. Many despair of hope. Unless you choose to believe hope exists, you will never have hope.
