As Palestinians in Gaza return to the north, in open defiance of all US-Israeli plans to further ethnically cleanse them, we should never forget that almost 70% of them are refugees longing to return to the homes and lands from which they were forcibly displaced during the 1948 Nakba by Zionist militias and later the Israeli army.
