Dear @LtGovDelhi,
ЁЯФ╕Publicity should never take priority over public grievances.
A government earns public trust not through promotional posts and reels, but by listening to citizens and responding to their grievances.
On 28 December 2017, the @LtGovDelhi X (formerly Twitter) Team launched a public complaint acknowledgement and registration system, ensuring that citizens' grievances were publicly acknowledged and forwarded to the concerned departments. This initiative strengthened transparency, accountability, and responsiveness, serving as an important bridge between citizens and the administration for 8 years, 2 months, and 27 days.
Unfortunately, this citizen-friendly system appears to have stopped since 24 March 2026.
The @LtGovDelhi X Team remains highly active in sharing promotional posts and reels about official engagements, yet appears to have no time to acknowledge or register even a few genuine public complaints on a daily or weekly basis.
Kindly restore the public complaint acknowledgement and registration system on X and reaffirm your commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsiveness.
ЁЯл╢ Good governance is measured not by the number of promotional posts, but by how sincerely citizens' grievances are acknowledged and addressed. ЁЯЗоЁЯЗ│

ЁЯПЫя╕ПThe HonтАЩble Supreme Court has affirmed that the Right to Walk ЁЯЪ╢тАНтЩВя╕ПЁЯЪ╢тАНтЩАя╕П on footpaths is a fundamental right of every citizen.
However, in many parts of Delhi, footpaths are encroached, damaged, or blocked, forcing pedestrians onto busy roads ЁЯЪЧ and putting lives at serious risk тЪая╕П.
Kindly direct @MCD_Delhi, @DelhiPwd, @DelhiPolice, and all concerned departments to immediately remove all encroachments, restore damaged footpaths ЁЯЫая╕П, and ensure strict compliance with IRC standards ЁЯУП for all existing and upcoming footpath and drain works. While the nation is fighting to protect the #Aravalli, illegal jeans #dyeing units continue to destroy it from within.
These units are allegedly operating inside the Aravalli range in #Gurgaon, extracting groundwater illegally and discharging untreated toxic effluent into the ground and on forest land, causing irreversible damage to soil, groundwater and the fragile ecosystem.
The geotagged locations of these polluting units have already been identified and will be placed before the concerned Court for appropriate action.
Saving the #Aravalli is not just about stopping miningтАФitтАЩs also about stopping illegal industrial pollution.
The law must act against every polluter, regardless of influence.
@Haryana_spcb will you act against Aravali Pollution, Around 10 or more polluting Dyeing units in Aravali Range #Gurgaon
