You are correct, and the director of DHS made that determination. Then a leftist judge illegally haulted her determination. Now the SCOTUS reversed that rouge judges injunction and clarified once again that that stay was unconstitutional. And yet again, leftist are out there ignoring the SCOTUS and our Constitution. Trump and his cabinet are following the constitution, the highest court in the land just affirmed that again. But watch how the left does the opposite going forward.
