To all those asking why no action was taken earlier:

here is the written complaint of an AAP MLA dated 22.9.2022 to the LG and MCD Commissioner about this illegal PG construction.

But it was the Central Govt running MCD, and it never took action against such corruption.

MCD was always run by the BJP Govt for the last 20 years, and everyone can see its effect.

The Satya Niketan PG building is totally illegal and unauthorised. Occupies land more than double the registry.

Just got this building plan of the PG belonging to MLA Anil Sharma’s extended Family.

The land registry is of only 230 sq yards but this PG a has occupied 400-500 sq yards.

CM @gupta_rekhaGovt must explain ?

MCD sanctioned Building plan is only for 193 Sq meter ( 230 sq yards) while PG is built on 400-500 sq meter. And that too only 75% coverage is allowed. They have covered all.

Now CM Rekha Gupta should send bulldozers and first demolish this PG .
