@CardiffRugbyWeb @thomas_llew111 @BenBryan560225 Specialist 7s don’t exist? Aye ok I’m out…. Yes a lot do teams are experimenting with back rowers and mixing with second rows, and some teams running two 7s in the back row. But to say there is not specialist 7s is just insane.

I’d like to see him get a bit bigger and stick at 6, but saying he’s a 7 because he holds players up isn’t it

@CardiffRugbyWeb @thomas_llew111 @BenBryan560225 Reffell is the best 7 at slowing down the breakdown and preventing teams from getting quick ball, without that teams are having free rein to fling it wide while our defence is scrambling to fan out….. I like Mann a lot but he’s not a 7.

@WalesRugby Or maybe don’t have division 1 teams seconds play in div 5 cups? It just completely diluted the competition for any lower ranked teams. Go on allwalessport and have a look at the fixtures for the cups. Most are now filled by “athletic” teams
