4. In 2019 he accused all people having the surname Modi to be thieves.

Disqualified as an MP as the court convicted Rahul Gandhi of criminal defamation and sentenced him to two years in prison.

5. A few years back Rahul Gandhi accused Kartikeya Chouhan, the son of Union Minister and former MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, of being linked to the Panama Papers leak scam.
