During my sisters diagnosis I somehow ended up on so many support groups for other children. I have slowly watched these kids lose their battles and end up in tears every time. I just don’t understand why there isn’t more funding to end this heart break

My favorite part about going home is the fact that everyone waves when you meet them on the highway. You never realize how much you miss the charm of a small town until you move to the city.
